Shipyard Sales numbers for June, 2013 are in and the overall market has seen a drop in the number of homes (-40%) and townhomes (-30.3%) sold year to date over 2012 numbers; and the median sale price of homes (-5.6%) and townhomes (-5.7%) sold year to date has also seen a slight drop, while properties are selling faster.
